Made an appointment on the phone to fix my car 2 WEEKS AGO, showed up this morning for said appointment at 7:30 sharp for them to tell me they didn't have the part and couldn't fix it. Okay cool. See you never.
Put the lug nuts on so tight we couldn't get the tire off, even with an impact, to change the breaks. When we called we were asked "What do you want us to do about it?" You are the ones who put them on too tight, what do you think we want you to do? Maybe fix the issue. We will not be going back.
Fantastic service and inventory -- My daughter was on a road trip and hit a pothole destroying her right front tire. The car takes an odd, low-profile tire -- one I thought was unlikely to find in rural Indiana. I called the store, Rob answered the phone and said they had two in stock. She went straight there from the highway and they mounted and balanced the tires right away. She was back on the road in an hour. I can't thank these guys enough for the quick, outstanding service.

Incredible customer service, incredible management. I was very very impressed with the guys in the shop. My truck had been running rough for several years and many mechanics In the area could not configure the problem. Taking it to R + T the shop manager was able to pin point the issue within minutes!
