Helpful staff, not over knowledgeable like some other parts stores. Right parts everytime i go there.
Just stood in line listening to the worker "shoot the breeze" for several minutes instead of checking the guy out. Then, both workers behind the counter starting cursing, so I walked out. I'll never go back... Too many other auto parts stores to choose from.
Our car had broken down on the highway. Eventually we got it running and made it to Auto Zone. Todd helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we got back on the road safely! He is a great employee and really deserves employee of the month for how much assistance he gave us!! Thanks Todd :)
Hreat service replaced my battery for me and we were on our way after only ten minutes after doing everything
