The employees are generally nice and helpful. Good selection of parts for most cars and prices are about standard for a parts store. I prefer O'Reilly over AutoZone and certainly over Napa.
Staff isn't knowledgeable. Sold me a $200 battery that had been setting on the shelf for a year and a half and later told me it was normal for them to set for a couple years. Had call Oreilly corporate to find out if this was true. I was told it was way older than they should have sold me.
