Clean location, large parking lot good non beef meal
Sept. 26 at this moment, went to drive thru waited for awhile no one say anything so went inside employees saw me did not even say a thing! Waited for a bit and left! I am not gonna wait for them then wait for long time for food too!
When I got to KFC I knew there was a long wait and that they were trying to fix this. I was ok with it. What I'm not ok with is people coming in after (by 15+ minutes) me who happen to be friends with one of the people working getting food before us. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I am contacting district level management for KFC and filing a complaint immediately. On now 4 separate occasions I have come to this KFC. Twice at 630 pm, once at 7pm, and another at 9pm (Google states they close at 10). However on each of these occasions, now 4 times in a row, I have arrived to the drive thru being completely unoccupied by other customers, and will wait 10 minutes and receive no answer. Then I drove through the parking lot to find other cars parked, which means employees must have been inside as from the outside all appears as if it is functioning normally. Yet the front door will also be locked and no one will let you inside to place an order. I am not sure what they are doing but I hold current management entirely responsible and will be filing a complaint immediately. Absolutely ridiculous.
Never been in my life until today. Had to wait in the drive thru for awhile behind three cars. Got to window to get food & they didn't give our drinks & look confused when we asked for them. Get down the road to find not a single napkin & no fork for the food we were trying to eat. How can someone possibly eat their famous bowl to go when there's not a fork? So not cool!
