The food was cold and the workers didn't seem to care about their jobs. Waited for 45min on food and the manager took off 17 dollars for the wait. I am not impressed with the staff. The CEO needs to fire the people that don't care about their jobs because they are looking business. Will not be returning here...

The service was great, but the food was cold. The food was also very bland. The manager ended up taking off my pot roast and gave me a free dessert.
Terrible service... menu not accurate... basically a bait and switch. They don't have third of the items on the menu. They don't even give u ur free bread ... supposedly you have to ask for bread that is included in your meal to receive it.
As soon as you walk in the door you get a bad feeling. Carpeting is flthy and had straw wrappers and bits of paper strewn about. Watched 2 waitresses wipe tables with the same rag they wiped their hands in. Food was not up to par with the many other Bob Evans I have visited.
Only 5 tables were occupied and no one even attempted to clean the messy floor.
