Floor was very slippery; I reported it but staff was too busy or too new to care. An employer who was off the clock was the only one who paid attention to the situation and helped me out of the door (I'm on crutches and the doctor was stern about NOT falling!)
Only gave such a low rating cause I am just not much into fast food. It was not due customer service or bad service.
