THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE!
We moved here from NY and these apartments were the only option we had, as in a place to rent.
What you read in these reviews is 100% accurate and take it from me, having 2 boys, 1 with major health issues, DO NOT consider raising your kids in this complex!
WHAT THE F! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
After the Spring, as it was starting to get nice outside, we were wanting to open our sliding, glass door... After a couple of hours of it being open, smoke was entering our apartment, from the downstairs and upstairs neighbors, smoking outside, their apartments.
Well, my husband finally thought he'd give it one more try, being it's getting cooler out and nice enough to open the door and be on the porch for fresh air... GUESS WHAT?! They gave him a piece of paper to fill out with our reason of moving and upon getting the paper, They told my husband, they need a doctor's note stating our son has asthma!
I CAN F'N PROVE HE HAS ASTHMA and HAS HAD ASTHMA SINCE HE WAS 4 MONTHS OLD!
So, then they did say we could move to another apartment, BUT we would have to pay another deposit and first months rent AND... go through all the steps of a first time renter, to this place, including writing your references down again and doing another credit check!
Our 6 year old has asthma and is highly allergic to smoke. So, we are NOT able to use the door or the porch to get fresh air.
We're ready to be DONE with this place!
I lived here years ago and it was a decent place to live. Apartments are nice size, didn't really have any problems.
They were trying to get every $ they could and that REALLY PISSED US OFF! NO CONSIDERATION FOR OUR FAMILY!
Are they going to ask for a list of his medications, too?!
We are trying to make our apartment living healthy for our boys!
Please Do your research before signing your life away to this Complex.
I have had a great experience so far! Kurtis at the office gave me a great tour and after moving in has answered all of my questions and has been super efficient with everything. He made the move in process so easy!! I would absolutely recommend the apartments to a friend!
I've never experienced a more stressful place to live!
I've been living here for almost three years and it's been great. I have a beautiful view and I've offered two of my friends who now live here an application and they love it.it's not what most people in lebanon think it is. It's a very nice and beautiful place to live. Any time anything breaks it gets fixed quickly. The management is okay, but really who makes this place the absolute best is kurtis. He is the person who is always down stairs to great you with a warm smile and is always there to help you and he actually cares about you as a person and not about your money. He's a really great guy.
When we were ready to move in, we were quoted at our apartment being around $690/ month, but when it was time to sign the papers, the rent magically jumped $20 more/month. This is the cost of an "extra window" .
It is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS who his doctor is OR to even ask for a Doctor's note!
Once, we called the office to state our concern and maybe have the option of moving into another 3rd level apartment, hoping we'd be able to occupy a door and porch for fresh air.... Kurtis says "Well, would you like to put in a complaint against your neighbors?" Ummmm... NO! We weren't looking to get anybody else involved or get them kicked out of their apartment for living their life, the way they choose.
Funny comment due fact I still have Hole in wall. I was promise it fixed while i was on vacation still nothing.
