Nice people, way way too slow
This is our go to taco shop. Well trained young staff and are more than willing to make sure you are satisfied. They sure get 5 stars.
This is the best Taco Bell and only Taco Bell (that I know of) in Lebanon, Indiana. Friendly customer service and cheap/delicious food is what keeps bringing me back.
Good customer service but slow to get food out
ZERO SERVICE! I"VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. Went in this morning, no one cooking food, no one taking orders. After waiting approx. 3 minutes (in awe of the negligence), an employee walks by and ignores me. She disappears for about 30 seconds, comes back out and walks by me again like I am invisible. I asked if there was anyone taking orders. She stared me right in the face and said "SOMEONE WILL BE BACK IN A LITTLE BIT"... Are you kidding me? She then proceeded to leave the building, get in her little blue car and leave. I would love to tell the GM but I am pretty sure that is root of the problem, usually is in food service
