I feel that one star is rating them too much. Sat down for 15 minutes and no drinks and no service. Lobby was so dirty I didn't even want to walk on the floor with my shoes on. And even after the 15 minutes we wated someone who worked there asked if we have got help and she had an awful attitude! What a shame!!
Me and my wife were just in on Saturday evening, are waitress Angie was amazing and super friendly, she appeared upset but still made sure we had a 5 star experience. The food was hot and good. And the next time I come in I will request Angie. Me and my wife have been coming to Bdubs for a while now and we always get good food but not always a great server. Angie will be the reason we keep coming back!! Thanks Angie. God Bless!
Very disappointed and will not be returning. Hopefully they will see this and make the necessary changes.
Just left. My girlfriend, her child, and I went and ordered. A simple burger, boneless wings, and a quesadilla. As someone who works as a short order cook, I know the cook time for the wings as 6 minutes, the burger as 10 from a frozen patty, and the quesadilla as about two minutes. We waited for the burger and wings for over 45 minutes. The burger was room temp with wilted lettuce. The wings barely had any sauce and the fries that came with the burger were definitely held under a heat lamp for more than 5 minutes.
Food was surprisingly better than the last time I was in 6 months ago. However, service is still something to be desired. It wasn't too bad until our waitress appeared to take a smoke break knowing we were finished eating but before giving us our bill or giving us a chance to pay.
