The gals at pleasant paws are amazing. They way they interact with my three dogs makes me so happy. One is terrified of strangers, car rides, you name it but I swear she loves coming to Pleasant Paws. I love that they allow me to bring her in just to say hi so she can get acquainted with the space and the people and be able to keep the association a happy one! A great facility and an amazing vet team!
Horrible. took car in to get fixed, ended up with a bunch of dents in the back hatch they refused to fix, even thoughit happened on their property. I do not recommend this company
We love Pleasant Paws Vet care! The staff is friendly, gentle, and they really listen and work with you to come up with solutions for your pets' problems. They explain your options and don't try to pressure/guilt trip you into lots of unnecessary tests or medications. They are extremely well priced for the area and their service goes above and beyond what we could ask for in a vet clinic! They have worked us in for same day appointments on numerous occasions and have always been very easy to schedule with. We have no complaints in our almost 3 years with Pleasant Paws.
I take my daughter's little dog in for checks when I have him. Because he does not live with me, my appointments are not routine. The office always treats us as if we are the most special patient they have! They are patient and kind and I trust their care and recommendations!!!
