This is the only place I would consider renting from. The staff are great and easy to work with. I see a previous review where someone had to move their camper but I think that is due to a new building with more units going in. When I started renting a few months ago, there were only around 11 units left out of the 800 or so units available. So seeing that they are expanding is not a surprise. I was lucky to get the size of units I needed. I have used them in the past during a move and are using them now for a move. Again, I would not even consider using another company unless I was unable to get a unit due to being sold out.
Up until this last week we have always gone to Pratt Storage for our needs. But, guess the solid years of payments and respect are nothing to them? We were called after years of storing our camper there to have it moved within 6 days and they were no longer in need of our money!! Going to start building another building so they can make even more and we can just go find some place else to store our camper. Well, you know what that is people that is a small town company getting to big for its breaches. Should have taken a little time to think before they abruptly tossed us all out? The word is out and the people in this small town have already passed the word on how much money means to you over good reliable customer's. Will make sure I pass my experience on to any one who asks!
