I have lived here 13 yrs!! Lot rent goes up EVERY year at least $10 or more!! But they do nothing to the grounds, no pool, not much of a play area for the kids...THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that warrants a yearly lot rent increase!! Unbelievable!!! CAN'T wait to sell my place and get OUT OF HERE!!!!
Lot rent goes up yearly and I don't see any improvement with the grounds. Nothing new and the roads are really bad.

Its a ok area. Trailers and properties look ruff. If leasing office knows you have money then you are liked. Crime rate could be better.
