Very knowledgeable about new hardening techniques and technology. Very advanced scientific processes not capable from very many other hardening shops. Their ION Nitride is very effective and has a low cost. I highly recommend IBC Coating Technologies, Inc.

Former employee... promoted from parts prep to machinst.. employed through pro resources start date 1-3. Told no overtime when hired cause temp.to hire. Schedule changed from 9-5 to 7-5 when transfered to machine room, so scheduled 50hrs. Claimed wasn't clocking out for lunch but been issues with adp system so cant log in to see if there are any issues with clocking in and out.. never missed a day of work always on time and not late. Also told took long lunch but keep in mind no over time aloud... didn't take lunch the next day to compensate. Was terminated for these two reasons as of 11 am. 3-29. 90 days are up 4-3. No reprimands for these issues just brought to my attention as im.being let go.. bullshit reasons to push out an employee who shows up every day and never missed work.. one minute overtime isn't aloud . 40 week then changed.to 50hrs a week and it becomes and issue for lunch. But then compensated the following day to make up the time... they use employees and let them go bad business ethics and morals. Great people and decent company but can't keep employees and terminate the ones who actually work... employees be aware.. low pay no raises per full time employees. Hire felons at low wage and take advantage of that also.. others have missed work and are late on a frequent basis... they could have came up with a betterrible reason lol..
