I have been storing my belongings for 10 years in Roye's facility. I found him to be business like, personable, and true to his word (which now a days is highly unusual, but a welcome change), also he maintains the units very well. If a door needs to be oiled he will be there promptly to repair and even reminds tenants when he sees them to have him check them out. He is forward to tell you what the rules are when you start, and he sticks by what he has said. I have truly enjoyed doing business with him and plan to do much more. I highly recomend this facility for short or long term storage. Pricing is very reasonable.
