I have to say that I am very pleased with Mr. Whitsitt. The staff has always been nice and helpful to me. Thomas is very sharp and does not brush you off like other attorneys I have had in the past. After months of being under Thomas Whitsitt as my public defender, he never returned my phone calls, meant with me once and even my dad said he acted more like the prosecutor than my attorney. His receptionist went off on me and then hung up. Dennis WIlliams doesn't like hearing complaints either. Like act like God. Mr Whitsitt called up court staff while smoking his pipe in his office but even did not show up for my court date that was scheduled.By the way when I called back after being hung up on they said that they would call 911 if I called again.
