Dr. Stephenson gets a 5. The staff gets a one. I've never had to deal with such difficult people in my life. They tell you to call anytime during your pregnancy if you have questions, just make sure you're ready for irritated tones when you ask questions. Also, very important, if you have paperwork that needs to be filed, even though your doctor says they will assist you the staff will fight you. I tried to explain that my doctor stated she could assist me since I had Hyperemesis gravidarum which caused me to miss work, however, the staff refused to fill out the paper work correctly. Just hope that you have no problems that you need help with. You won't find the help you need here.
Dr. Winkler, and the staff here are simply amazing!!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!
Have nothing but good things to say , from obgyn, pediatrics ,and emergency care .... well worth the extra 15 minute drive past the frankfort hospital !
Dr. Winkler was extremely knowledgeable about any question that me and my baby momma had to ask. He has a very likeable sense of humor and seems to care about his patients deeply. Would highly recommend this place to anybody that is expecting to give birth. Hospital is state of the art as well.
Great place they need a new picture though.
