They always do their part, so you should do your part as a customer, to be prepared and at least presentable.

Dr. Tosh and his staff have seen me over 32 different times through course of 8 years. Tosh (the dentist), Claudia (my favorite personal hygienist) and the front office girls (Nicole, Amy, and Courtney,) have been nothing but accommodating to my high-maintenance needs.
Listen to me, LISTEN. These people know I am nervous about needles, they got music, they got TV, dang man they'll even tap your shoulders and talk to you to keep your mind off it.
You show up feeling looking and acting like horse manure?
-They got reverse osmosis filtered bottled water. FOR FREE.
-They'll dose you again with anesthetics if needed, COMPLIMENTS OF THE HOUSE.

I do not like going to the dentist at all, ever. But all the good people at Tosh including the Dr. made it more tolerable than any other dentist out there. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
I love the welcoming staff and how much pride they all take in their work! They work with you on pricing if you don't have insurance and make you feel very comfortable. My six year old son is bummed that he only gets to go see them twice a year
