The car was great, clean and reliable... but we did have issues with our reservation and them not having any cars on the lot to rent, we also had to take the car to change the oil ourselves in the only car they had ready.. and upon returning the car no one was in the office and we nearly had to pay a late fee due to no employees being at the store for an hour and a half right before close... overall, it was not a terrible experience and Quay, was as helpful as he could be but management at this location has many issues to iron out in my opinion...
Hopefully you people can get this company better someday.

They seem to not be able or keepable for tbe job,honesty is all im looking for if you dont have a car just say so and i can move on.
When they learned we were taking a long trip, we were upgraded to another vehicle that had just had an oil change. While driving, a rock hit the windshield. They were great about filling out the claim form and didn't make us feel bad at all. My only complaint is that they are a bit understaffed on Mondays and Fridays.
