I have been a long time repeat customer to this business, but after many years of loyal car buying I noticed how very little respect I recieve here doing business. I am now in the middle of a horrrible transaction inwhich I bought a vehicle from them, with them knowing the power steering was going out as well as had a terrible leak. They didn't mention this fact when I bought it which resulted in it going out causing a wreck with my infant baby girl in the car, then with no remorse they had the nere to say it was my fault and they had no liability to pay, which an investigation proved that false. Which lead to find other vehicles with issues like one vehicle had brake lines about to bust, very dangerous, Id say 80% of their vehicle inventory will break down to be fixed by purchaser with in 30 days and is believed to be sold as is on purpose to lower the business's cost while adding service revenue paid out of the customers pocket instead of being fixed right and all at once. Their labor is cheaper, but thats for a reason you get very shady work and they add on extra's hours to overallbill to make up for the cheaper by the hour labor. Barney's was once a trustworthy dealer and turned into a filthy sespool of greed, lies and deception. With ideals of closing its doors after the whole scandal is on the verge for these business owners with nothing but retirement on their mind. I would not reccomend anyone to purchase a car here because it is highly noted all this business wants is a way to make as much money off of one of there over priced cars as possible.They are already $1000.00 plus above book value yet they still raise prices for the first 5 months of the year ontop of the fact the are quick to repo a car, falsify documents to take you forward to court over money you shouldn't owe just to sell the car again at the same high price it was listed for in the begginning. So word of advice stay clear of Barney's AutoSales!
