There was quite a long line which moved quickly. My order was up faster than I thought it would be. Good job to the baristas for that. Other than that it was just standard starbucks!
Went in today and politely asked if the vanilla or caramel pump sauces were vegan. Alex behind the counter answered with "I don't know", in a tone that really caught me by surprise. From there I told my husband to go on to order without me. After that Alex moved on to help with drinks and a brunette girl took over at the register. My husband went on to ask her if she had a nutritional guide or to see if she knew about vegan flavorings. She was completely dumbfounded, asked the girl at the drive through window if she knew to which she replied " that's a really good question!".....
Good standard go to Starbucks. Some good baristas here also!
I'm not sure if it's all in my head or not, but the sugar cookies at this location taste much sweeter and are softer than any other Starbucks I've ever visited. Whenever I need to visit Lebanon I make sure to stop by this Starbucks. If you're in the neighborhood give it a visit, you'll thank me later.
While we're talking to this girl Alex decided to chime in with a "the only way you're going to be able to find out is online" with the audacity to say it to us without even looking in our direction and in a tone to treat us like we're idiots.
At this point I'm pissed. I've been a barista- product knowledge is key, not to mention just being decent to your customers. That group, even if two of three were polite, need training on their product and what they offer. And Alex would never represent my store after treating someone like that.
My favorite Starbucks! The staff are polite, the restroom is clean, the food is great, and the coffee is even better.
Dear Starbucks, you just f'ed my day..I always make a sacrifice for a good coffee, take my time with it..today being in a hurry, after waiting for 10 minutes at least on my americano I got served some brown water no coffee taste at all. I'll be back for my coffee, although you can't make for the way I feel now.
