If you have an insurance claim that involves your mortgage, start saying lots of prayers your going to need it to get thought the claim process if it's over $10,000

Went in to apply for a loan and had the displeasure of dealing with Daniel Flemming. He had just won city council elections so that seemed to be what he was most worried about. He started the deal with "if I can't help you here then I can give you the info of someone who can" which he stated 3-4 times which lead me to believe he had no interest in putting in any effort to try and get the deal done. He basically pulled credit and said "they said no because your credit score, here's the number of someone else" even though the I had a co-signer whom is extremely wealthy with an 800 credit score. (Why don't you get the money from them? Because we're rebuilding credit to purchase a house). He had an arrogance about him and he just had an "I don't care to help anyone today" attitude. Thanks Dan. Because your lack of help, we went elsewhere and got the loan approved and deposited in our account same day at an amazing 2% rate (his 'best scenario rate' was 9%). The lady was amazingly helpful, very personable, and went out of her way to make us comfortable and make the process smooth. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for a loan, don't waste your time here. The loan officer seems to think a bit highly of himself when in reality he's no better, no different than you or I. Go elsewhere where they want your business.
